Comforting and Soothing

This class is designed to help you melt tension, breathe, and come back to yourself. Our relaxing flows incorporate pranayama (breathing practices), deep stretches, longer holds (up to 2 minutes), and mindfulness. If you’re looking to de-stress this is where you want to be.

We can help you modify poses if something isn’t working right. This class is great for beginners for those in any stage of pregnancy looking to cultivate energetic balance and flexibility. It’s especially beneficial for those in their first, or late third trimester looking to work with a body that’s changing and preparing the body for childbirth. Pregnant students should consult their physician, midwife, doula, or other helping professional before any exercise routine.
